People Generalist

Job Summary

Supporting the Engineering, Product, & Design (EPD) organization, the full-time remote People Generalist will manage day-to-day HR operations, assist with employee lifecycle events, and drive performance and learning initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of support for EPD managers and employees, addressing HR questions and coaching on immediate issues
• Participate in employee lifecycle events and administer related programs, ensuring a smooth process for onboarding, transfers, and offboarding
• Run business programs such as performance review cycles and L&D initiatives, partnering with various People Team functions to maintain consistency

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of HR generalist or HR business partner-adjacent experience, preferably supporting technical or product teams
• Strong process discipline with a focus on operational excellence and reliable execution
• Experience managing a high volume of inquiries from managers and employees with independent judgment
• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools for automating processes and enhancing efficiency
• Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and build effective relationships across multiple functions
