People Leader Enablement Specialist
Job Summary
To enhance the effectiveness of people leaders, the full-time remote People Leader Enablement Specialist will develop tools and resources, consult with leadership across the organization, and implement scalable solutions for performance and engagement practices.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and evolve the people leader enablement approach, connecting leadership expectations and performance practices
- Consult with leaders to identify capability gaps and recommend practical, scalable enablement solutions
- Build partnerships across departments to create a consistent leader experience and support enterprise change initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in leadership enablement, performance management, or organizational development
- Strong knowledge of people leadership and talent practices, including coaching and performance management
- Experience developing and facilitating leader enablement solutions and tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and experience applying digital tools to improve leader support
