People Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle, the full-time remote People Operations Analyst will manage core People workflows, maintain HRIS data hygiene, and serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes while documenting procedures
• Ensure data integrity across the HRIS platform and enhance People data pipelines for operational decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding experiences and automate manual workflows

Required qualifications

• Experience administering an HRIS platform, with preference for hands-on Rippling experience
• Background in managing core People processes and employee lifecycle administration
• Proven ability to analyze and maintain HR data sets for high record integrity
• Strong written communication skills to handle employee requests with discretion
• Prior experience with early-stage HRIS builds or light data analysis is advantageous
