Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time People Operations and Recruiting Specialist will manage the onboarding experience for new hires, ensure compliance and data integrity in HR processes, and drive targeted talent acquisition for critical roles in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding journey for all US hires from Day 0 to Day 90
- Maintain data integrity in HRIS and support compliance across all 50 states
- Own full-cycle recruiting for 2-4 concurrent roles, enhancing candidate experience and partnering with hiring managers
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in agency recruiting, full-cycle in-house recruiting, or a hybrid People Ops/Talent role in the US market
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes and partnering with hiring managers
- Hands-on experience with onboarding logistics and HRIS management
- Familiarity with modern Applicant Tracking Systems and collaborative tools
- Ability to thrive in an autonomous, remote-first work environment
