Job Summary
As the operational backbone of the People team, the remote People Operations Generalist will manage employee lifecycle administration, maintain HR data integrity, and support day-to-day operations in a high-growth organization.
Key responsibilities
- Own employee lifecycle administration including onboarding, offboarding, and job changes
- Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems
- Support compliance with employment laws and assist with audits and policy updates
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 3-5 years of Human Resources or People Operations experience
- Experience supporting a fast-paced startup or high-growth company
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience administering HRIS platforms such as Rippling, BambooHR, or Workday
