People Operations Generalist

Job Summary

As a full-time remote People Operations Generalist, the successful candidate will manage employee lifecycle processes, serve as a trusted contact for employee relations, and support compliance and total rewards initiatives within a fast-growing healthcare technology company.

Key Responsibilities

• Run core people operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining HR systems
• Serve as a first point of contact for employee relations, coaching managers and conducting workplace investigations
• Manage leave of absence administration and ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an HR or People Operations generalist
• Proven track record in managing employee relations matters with sound judgment
• Knowledge of U.S. employment law and multi-state compliance, including FMLA and ADA
• Experience in building or improving HR processes and documentation
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
