People Operations Lead

Job Summary

To support a growing Foundation team, the fractional People Operations Lead will create and manage hiring processes, coordinate onboarding and benefits, and establish essential people operations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own recruiting operations, including job descriptions, candidate pipelines, and scheduling
• Support functional leads in hiring while ensuring quality, speed, and consistent decision-making
• Build and maintain lightweight people policies and ensure confidentiality of HR data

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in People, HR, Talent, or People Operations within high-growth technology or startup environments
• Proven track record in building hiring processes and onboarding systems from an early-stage operating base
• Experience with global EOR/contractor models and cross-border personnel issues
• Strong understanding of compensation bands and offer construction
• Ability to operate with discretion around sensitive personnel and compensation matters
