People Operations Manager

Job Summary

As a growth-track opportunity, the remote People Operations Manager will manage payroll, benefits, and HR operations while overseeing full-cycle recruiting and enhancing employee relations in a dynamic SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Run payroll, benefits, and HR operations, including end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes
• Lead recruiting efforts for all roles below Director level, supported by flexible recruiter assistance
• Collaborate with the EVP of Human Resources on employee relations and performance management while optimizing people processes

Required qualifications

• 4 to 7+ years of experience in HR or People Operations with hands-on payroll and benefits management
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, beyond just scheduling
• Strong judgment on employee relations issues with the ability to discern when to escalate matters
• Ability to identify and improve broken processes, utilizing AI as a working tool
• A desire for growth into a larger role while understanding the importance of foundational HR operations
