People Operations Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time People Operations Manager will manage the full employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to performance management and compliance, in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and own the people roadmap aligned to company goals and headcount plans
- Manage the hiring process end to end, ensuring an inclusive and efficient hiring experience
- Design and implement performance review cycles and employee engagement initiatives
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in People or HR roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity at a venture-backed startup
- Experience supporting teams across the US and UK or multiple US states and an international entity
- Strong knowledge of US employment law; familiarity with UK employment practices is a plus
- Proven track record of building people programs from scratch
- Comfortable with data analysis and presenting people metrics clearly
