People Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time remote People Operations Manager will manage talent acquisition, payroll, and performance management while leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across HR functions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and candidate communication, ensuring timely hiring across the organization
• Administer biweekly payroll processing and collaborate with Finance on compliance-related tasks
• Support performance management processes and serve as a People Ops advisor, while maintaining HR systems and processes as the organization scales

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in People Operations/HR with direct ownership of a Talent Acquisition function
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in recruiting or HR workflows
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of reducing time-to-fill for requisitions
• Experience operating independently across multiple HR functions with minimal oversight
