Job Summary

To support a growing virtual healthcare company, the part-time People Operations Manager will develop HR policies, oversee recruiting efforts, and manage employee onboarding processes in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, and hiring administration
• Implement standardized onboarding and offboarding procedures for new employees

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in human resources, people operations, or recruiting
• Demonstrated experience in developing HR policies and managing payroll processing
• Experience overseeing recruiting processes and employee onboarding
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment regulations
• Experience using HRIS, payroll, and applicant tracking systems
