People Operations Partner
Job Summary
Partnering with Commercial, CX, and Finance/Ops leadership, the full-time remote People Operations Partner will drive people strategies, support organizational decisions, and enhance team performance across the US, LATAM, and APAC for a growing company.
Key responsibilities
- Translate business priorities into actionable people strategies for GTM leaders and managers
- Provide guidance on organizational, talent, and employee decisions while supporting complex people matters
- Utilize people data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions for organizational challenges
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of HRBP experience, with at least 2 years in a Sales/GTM or commercial client group in a high-growth SaaS/tech environment
- Experience advising senior leaders in a scaling organization
- Strong understanding of employee relations, performance management, and organizational design principles
- Proficiency in US multi-state employment law and a people operations background
- Ability to analyze people analytics and dashboards to influence decisions
