People Operations Partner

Job Summary

To support a growing non-profit organization, the full-time remote People Operations Partner will manage end-to-end recruitment, strengthen HR operations, and enhance employee experience while collaborating with the Senior Director of People & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical roles while building and maintaining talent pipelines
• Partner with managers on day-to-day people operations, supporting performance management and fostering a positive staff experience
• Manage HR documentation, payroll inputs, and compliance activities, ensuring operational excellence in HR processes

Required Qualifications

• MBA in Human Resources or a related discipline
• 4.5-7 years of HR experience with strong expertise in Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering
• Experience hiring for startups, healthcare, technology, social enterprises, or non-profit organizations
• Hands-on experience with HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and HR analytics tools
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
