People Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the full-cycle recruiting process, the full-time salaried Talent and People Operations Specialist will partner with hiring managers to source and screen candidates, coordinate onboarding, and enhance People Ops functions, with the flexibility to adapt to varying team priorities in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting by collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, and overseeing the interview process
• Develop interview criteria that assess candidates' adaptability to work alongside AI and their continuous learning mindset
• Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure new hires have a welcoming and engaging experience while providing necessary resources and tools

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of combined recruiting and HR experience with independent full-cycle recruiting
• Hands-on experience managing an applicant tracking system and maintaining accurate candidate data
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open searches and shifting priorities effectively
• Proficiency in using AI tools and assessing candidates' AI fluency and adaptability
• A proven track record of building or configuring HR workflows and automations
