Job Summary
Supporting Engineering and Product leaders across international teams, the full-time People Partner for Engineering will coach managers through performance and growth challenges, facilitate proactive 1:1 sessions, and contribute to organizational design while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Engineering and Product leaders to enhance team health, performance, and talent density
- Coach leads through feedback, performance, conflict, and change management
- Contribute to organizational design and support key People programs for Engineering and Product
Required qualifications
- Experience in supporting leaders with performance, coaching, and team change
- Strong coaching skills and the ability to guide managers through difficult conversations
- Ability to thrive in a high-velocity, ambiguous environment
- Experience working with globally distributed or multi-jurisdiction teams
- Background in supporting Engineering or Product teams is preferred
