Job Summary
Owning a defined slate of People programs, the remote People Program Manager will manage performance scorecards, manager training, career tracks, and engagement measurement, translating strategic priorities into practical, scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain performance scorecards and manager training programs to enhance team health and leadership capabilities
- Own the career tracks framework, ensuring clarity in leveling, competencies, and progression criteria for employees
- Lead the annual performance review cycle, designing processes that connect performance to promotion and compensation decisions
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 3-5 years of HR generalist and/or program management experience with a proven track record of owning programs end-to-end
- Experience in building performance/engagement scorecards or People Analytics dashboards
- Familiarity with core People systems such as HRIS and performance management platforms
- Experience in a high-growth, distributed, or tech-enabled environment is a strong plus
