People Systems Director

Job Summary

Owning the global People Systems strategy, the full-time remote Director, People Systems will manage the architecture and evolution of the organization's People systems ecosystem, primarily utilizing Workday, while leading cross-functional initiatives and ensuring data integrity and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday across various modules, ensuring alignment with organizational needs
• Establish systems architecture, governance, security, and change management standards for the People technology ecosystem
• Drive the evolution of People data, reporting, and analytics capabilities to support business decision-making

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in HRIS/People Systems with significant ownership of Workday in a complex or global organization
• Deep expertise in Workday, including experience in at least one full-cycle Workday implementation
• Strong understanding of HR processes and the integration of People, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and IT systems
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority
• Experience in vendor and implementation-partner management
