People Systems Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing People organization, the full-time remote People Systems Manager will partner with leadership to shape the People Systems roadmap, translate business needs into scalable processes, and manage technology vendors to enhance the employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with People leadership and IT to develop and execute a multi-quarter People Systems roadmap
- Design and implement scalable processes and system configurations across the employee and talent lifecycle
- Evaluate and manage People technology vendors to ensure effective platform integration and value delivery
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in People Systems, People Operations, HR technology, or related fields
- Proven experience in delivering multi-quarter technology or process roadmaps
- Strong skills in business analysis, process design, and change management
- Experience in managing technology vendors and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of People data governance, reporting, and automation opportunities
