PeopleSoft Benefits Consultant
Job Summary
Serving as a functional owner and subject matter expert for PeopleSoft HCM Benefits, the full-time PeopleSoft Benefits Consultant will lead functional discovery, configuration, testing, and implementation of Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, and eBenefits while collaborating with HR and Benefits Operations in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead functional discovery, requirements analysis, configuration, testing, and implementation for PeopleSoft HCM Benefits modules
- Assess customer business needs and recommend configuration and de-customization of PeopleSoft functionality
- Conduct configuration reviews and health checks to identify issues and opportunities for improvement in Benefits Administration processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- 8+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft HCM functional experience, particularly in Benefits Administration
- Experience with at least two full lifecycle PeopleSoft implementations or major PUM adoption cycles
- Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.58 or later
- Demonstrated experience with PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) and functional impact assessment
