Job Summary
To support ongoing projects, the fully remote PeopleSoft CRM Application Developer will lead design, development, and implementation efforts while ensuring adherence to coding standards and client needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead design, development, and implementation of PeopleSoft CRM applications and related business systems
- Consult with end users to test and debug applications, ensuring high client satisfaction and adherence to data security policies
- Produce structured, scalable, and reusable code while participating in design sessions to align with approved database designs
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in customizing Oracle/PeopleSoft CRM applications
- At least 5 years of application development experience using SQL and object-oriented design
- Extensive experience with PeopleSoft CRM module and PeopleCode, including performance tuning of SQLs
- Proficiency in Application Engine, Integration Broker, and Application Designer
- Experience developing Component Interfaces and Web Services in PeopleSoft, with knowledge of integration tools like Splunk preferred
