PeopleSoft Functional Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Peoplesoft Functional Analyst II, Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional expertise and support for PeopleSoft system design, implementation, and functionality
- Collaborate with IT peers and business partners to design and maintain applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve PeopleSoft system issues while ensuring sustainable design and implementation
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Business Admin, or related field, or 3 to 5 years of equivalent experience
- 7 or more years of work experience with implementations and functional requirements in Human Resources and Payroll modules
- 5 or more years of experience collaborating with Technical Analysts and Business teams
- Experience with testing methodologies using PeopleSoft test framework or other tools
- Self-motivated with a strong record of interpersonal skills
