PeopleSoft Payroll Consultant

Job Summary

Partnering with HR, Payroll, and IT, the remote PeopleSoft Payroll Functional Consultant will lead functional design and configuration for PeopleSoft Payroll, assess current processes, and support data mapping and payroll testing on a long-term project basis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead functional design and configuration for PeopleSoft Payroll and related modules
• Assess current processes and define future-state workflows for Single ID
• Collaborate with technical teams on interface and integration updates

Required qualifications

• Proficient in implementing PeopleSoft Single ID and understanding downstream payroll impacts
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM and Payroll processes
• Proficient in PeopleSoft Pay Group setup and FLSA functionality
• Solid understanding of FLSA rules and calculations
• Public sector/county experience preferred
