Job Summary
Supporting executive leadership with data-driven insights, the full-time remote Performance Analytics Analyst will analyze business performance across financial, operational, and commercial dimensions while developing dashboards and reports to track key initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze business performance metrics and develop actionable insights for improvement
- Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for visibility into performance
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for leadership meetings
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in consulting, business analytics, or performance management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including financial modeling
- Experience analyzing performance across financial, operational, and organizational metrics
- Ability to work with large data sets and communicate findings effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
