Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Analytics Consultant to join their team supporting Auto and Home Insurance Product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform monitoring tasks of strategic initiatives and products, identify areas of risks, opportunities, and provide actionable insights
• Develop a deep understanding of Personal Line data assets and combine data from multiple disparate sources
• Partner with state product management teams in meetings and presentations with leadership

Required Qualifications:

• Business analytics skills and ability to translate insights to business partners
• Ability to build working relationships with business partners and solve problems collaboratively
• Foundational knowledge of insurance product coverages, common metrics, and actuarial loss concepts
• Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to write queries to pull data
• Working knowledge of analytical and reporting tools
