Performance Copywriter

Job Summary

To support a high-growth startup in women's health, the full-time remote Performance Copywriter will create engaging top-of-funnel copy for paid ads, landing pages, and CRO tests, focusing on compelling writing and continuous optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Write persuasive paid ad copy and video scripts that effectively capture target personas
• Own the copywriting for product pages and landing pages, optimizing language for specific audiences
• Continuously test and iterate on website and ad copy, collaborating with e-commerce and growth teams to analyze performance data

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of copywriting experience, particularly in e-commerce and paid ad copy
• A portfolio demonstrating measurable performance in landing pages, ads, or lead-generation content
• Experience with testing and iterating based on real conversion data
• Strong product marketing fluency and ability to conduct product and persona research
• Familiarity with AI-assisted writing tools and a critical approach to content quality
