Performance Copywriter

Job Summary

To support a high-growth startup focused on women's health, the full-time remote Performance Copywriter will create compelling top-of-funnel copy for paid ads, landing pages, and CRO tests, driving consumer engagement through sharp and effective writing.

Key responsibilities

• Write engaging paid ad copy and video scripts that effectively capture target personas
• Own the copywriting for product pages and landing pages, optimizing language for diverse audiences
• Continuously test and iterate on website and ad copy, collaborating with e-com and growth teams to improve conversion rates

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of copywriting experience, particularly in e-commerce and paid advertising
• A portfolio demonstrating measurable performance in landing pages, ads, or lead-generation content
• Experience with testing and iterating based on conversion and performance data
• Strong understanding of product marketing and the ability to conduct in-depth product and persona research
• Familiarity with AI-assisted writing tools and a critical approach to content creation
