Performance Copywriter

Job Summary

To support a high-growth startup in women's health, the full-time remote Performance Copywriter will create compelling ad copy, landing pages, and conduct CRO tests to effectively guide target consumers through the marketing funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Write engaging paid ad copy and video scripts that capture target personas' attention
• Own the copy for product pages and landing pages, optimizing language for specific audiences
• Continuously test and iterate on website and ad copy based on performance data, collaborating closely with e-commerce and growth teams

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of copywriting experience, particularly in e-commerce and paid ad copywriting
• A portfolio demonstrating measurable performance in landing pages, ads, or lead-generation content
• Proven track record of testing and iterating based on conversion and performance data
• Fluency with AI-assisted writing tools and a strong ability to discern effective content
• Background in femtech or wellness products is a plus
