Job Summary

To support a high-growth startup in women's health, the full-time remote Performance Copywriter will create compelling ad copy, landing pages, and conduct conversion rate optimization tests to effectively guide target consumers through the marketing funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Write engaging paid ad copy and video scripts that capture the attention of target personas
• Own the copywriting for product pages and landing pages, optimizing content for specific audiences
• Continuously test and iterate on website and ad copy, collaborating with e-commerce and growth teams based on performance data

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of copywriting experience, particularly in e-commerce and paid advertising
• A portfolio demonstrating measurable performance in landing pages, ads, or lead-generation content
• Proven track record of testing and iterating based on conversion and performance data
• Fluency with AI-assisted writing tools and strong judgment in content refinement
• Background in product marketing with an understanding of compliance challenges related to medical device products is preferred
