Performance Copywriter

Job Summary

To support a high-growth startup focused on women's health, the full-time Performance Copywriter will create compelling top-of-funnel copy for paid ads, landing pages, and CRO tests, working remotely and collaborating closely with the copy team.

Key responsibilities

• Write weekly paid social copy, including static ads, hooks, captions, and video scripts for platforms like Meta and TikTok
• Develop and iterate landing pages and product pages designed to convert both cold and warm audiences
• Collaborate with Growth and E-commerce teams on A/B tests, providing hypotheses and learning from the results

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a copywriter, specifically with paid social ad copy for a DTC e-commerce brand
• A strong portfolio showcasing real ads and at least one effective landing or product page
• Ability to produce multiple new ad concepts weekly and work with test results effectively
• Native level of English proficiency with a strong grasp of persuasive writing without overpromising health claims
• Experience in women's health, wellness, supplements, or beauty is a plus
