Performance Copywriter

Job Summary

To support a high-growth startup in women's health, the full-time Performance Copywriter will create compelling copy for paid ads, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization tests, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Write engaging paid social copy, including static ads, hooks, captions, and video scripts for Meta and TikTok
• Develop and refine landing pages and product pages aimed at converting both cold and warm audiences
• Collaborate with Growth and E-commerce teams on A/B tests, generating hypotheses and writing variants based on results

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a copywriter with a focus on paid social ad copy for DTC e-commerce brands
• A portfolio showcasing real ads and at least one landing or product page that effectively sells a product
• Proven ability to generate multiple new ad concepts weekly and work with test results to optimize performance
• Strong writing skills with a focus on creating scannable, persuasive, and compliant copy for health products
• Native level of English proficiency and availability for full-time work with one brand
