Performance Copywriter

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Performance Copywriter focused on women's health, this remote position will manage the creation of compelling top-of-funnel copy for paid ads, landing pages, and CRO tests, driving consumer engagement and conversion through sharp writing and constant testing.

Key responsibilities

• Write and iterate on paid social copy, including static ads, hooks, captions, and video scripts for platforms like Meta and TikTok
• Develop landing pages and product pages designed to convert cold and warm audiences into customers
• Collaborate with Growth and E-commerce teams on A/B testing, providing insights and writing variants based on results

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of copywriting experience, particularly with paid social ad copy for DTC e-commerce brands
• A portfolio showcasing real ads and at least one successful landing or product page
• Proficiency in writing multiple ad concepts weekly and familiarity with testing results
• Strong writing skills with an emphasis on short, impactful headlines and scannable content
• Native level of English proficiency and good judgment regarding health claims in copy
