Job Summary
To support a high-growth startup focused on women's health, the full-time Performance Copywriter will create compelling paid ad copy, landing pages, and conduct conversion rate optimization tests in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Write and iterate on paid social copy, including static ads, hooks, captions, and video scripts for platforms like Meta and TikTok
- Develop and optimize landing and product pages designed to convert both cold and warm audiences
- Collaborate with Growth and E-commerce teams on A/B tests, providing hypotheses and learning from results
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of copywriting experience, specifically with paid social ads for DTC e-commerce brands
- A portfolio showcasing real ads and at least one landing or product page that effectively sells
- Experience in generating multiple ad concepts weekly, demonstrating comfort with high-volume writing
- Strong understanding of health claims and compliance for medical-device and health products
- Native-level English proficiency with a focus on crafting engaging, scannable copy
