Job Summary
To support a high-growth startup in women's health, the full-time Performance Copywriter will create compelling top-of-funnel copy for paid ads, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization tests, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Write and iterate on paid social copy, including static ads, hooks, captions, and video scripts for platforms like Meta and TikTok
- Develop landing and product pages designed to convert cold and warm audiences into customers
- Collaborate with Growth and E-commerce teams on A/B tests, providing hypotheses and learning from the results
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of copywriting experience, specifically with paid social ads for DTC e-commerce brands
- A portfolio showcasing real ads and at least one successful landing or product page
- Experience writing multiple ad concepts weekly and familiarity with A/B testing processes
- Strong command of persuasive copywriting that adheres to compliance standards for health products
- Native-level English proficiency and availability for a full-time role
