Job Summary
To support a high-growth startup in women's health, the full-time Performance Copywriter will create compelling paid social copy, landing pages, and CRO tests while working remotely and collaborating with the copy team to drive consumer engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Write and iterate on paid social copy, including static ads, hooks, and video scripts for platforms like Meta and TikTok
- Develop landing pages and product pages designed to convert cold and warm audiences into customers
- Collaborate with Growth and E-commerce teams on A/B testing, providing insights and writing variants based on performance data
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of copywriting experience, particularly with paid social ads for DTC e-commerce brands
- A portfolio showcasing real ads and at least one effective landing or product page
- Experience generating multiple ad concepts weekly and familiarity with testing methodologies
- Strong command of health-related copy, ensuring compliance without overpromising
- Native-level English proficiency and availability for a full-time commitment to one brand
