Performance Copywriter

Job Summary

To support a high-growth startup in women's health, the full-time Performance Copywriter will create top-of-funnel copy for paid ads, landing pages, and CRO tests, focusing on engaging and persuasive writing that drives conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Write and iterate on paid social copy, including static ads, hooks, captions, and video scripts for Meta and TikTok
• Develop landing pages and product pages designed to convert cold and warm audiences
• Collaborate with Growth and E-commerce teams on A/B tests, providing hypotheses and analyzing results

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of copywriting experience, specifically with paid social ads for a DTC e-commerce brand
• A portfolio showcasing real ads and at least one effective landing or product page
• Experience in writing multiple ad concepts weekly and familiarity with testing results
• Strong ability to craft compelling, compliant copy for medical-device and health products
• Native-level English proficiency
