Performance Copywriter

Job Summary

To support a high-growth startup in women's health, the full-time Performance Copywriter will create compelling top-of-funnel copy for paid ads, landing pages, and CRO tests, driving consumer engagement and conversion in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Write and iterate on paid social copy, including static ads, hooks, and video scripts for platforms like Meta and TikTok
• Develop landing and product pages designed to convert cold and warm audiences
• Collaborate with Growth and E-commerce teams on A/B testing, providing insights and writing variants based on results

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of copywriting experience, specifically with paid social ads for a DTC e-commerce brand
• A portfolio demonstrating real ads and at least one effective landing or product page
• Experience in generating multiple ad concepts weekly and familiarity with testing methodologies
• Strong writing skills focused on clear, engaging, and compliant copy for health-related products
• Native-level English proficiency and availability for a full-time position
