Performance Copywriter

Job Summary

To support a high-growth startup in women's health, the full-time Performance Copywriter will create compelling paid social ads, landing pages, and conduct CRO tests, all while working remotely and focusing on converting target consumers through sharp, effective copy.

Key responsibilities

• Write and produce paid social copy, including static ads, hooks, captions, UGC briefs, and video scripts for platforms like Meta and TikTok
• Develop and refine landing pages and product pages designed to drive sales for both cold and warm audiences
• Collaborate with Growth and E-com teams on A/B testing, providing hypotheses and learning from the results to improve copy effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a copywriter, specifically with paid social ad copy for DTC e-commerce brands
• A portfolio showcasing real ads and at least one effective landing or product page
• Proven ability to produce multiple ad concepts weekly and work with test results to optimize performance
• Strong writing skills with a focus on crafting bold, scannable copy that adheres to compliance standards
• Native-level English proficiency and availability for full-time commitment to one brand
