Performance Copywriter

Job Summary

To support a high-growth startup in women's health, the full-time Performance Copywriter will create compelling top-of-funnel copy for paid ads, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization tests, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Write weekly paid social copy, including static ads, hooks, captions, and video scripts for Meta and TikTok
• Develop and refine landing pages and product pages designed to convert cold and warm audiences
• Collaborate with Growth and E-commerce teams on A/B tests, providing hypotheses and writing variants based on results

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of copywriting experience, specifically with paid social ad copy for a DTC e-commerce brand
• A portfolio showcasing real ads and at least one landing or product page that successfully sells a product
• Experience writing multiple ad concepts weekly and working with test results
• Strong ability to create engaging, compliant copy for medical-device and health products
• Native-level English proficiency
