Performance Copywriter

Job Summary

To support a high-growth startup in women's health, the full-time Performance Copywriter will create engaging copy for paid ads, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization tests while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Write paid social copy including static ads, hooks, captions, and video scripts for platforms like Meta and TikTok
• Develop and iterate landing pages and product pages designed to convert cold and warm audiences
• Collaborate with Growth and E-commerce teams on A/B testing, providing hypotheses and analyzing results

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a copywriter with a focus on paid social ad copy for a DTC e-commerce brand
• A portfolio showcasing real ads and at least one successful landing or product page
• Proficiency in producing multiple ad concepts weekly and familiarity with testing results
• Strong writing skills, particularly in crafting compelling headlines and scannable content
• Native-level English proficiency and good judgment regarding health claims
