Performance Copywriter

Job Summary

To support a high-growth startup focused on women's health, the full-time Performance Copywriter will create engaging top-of-funnel copy for paid ads, landing pages, and CRO tests while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Write and iterate on paid social copy, including static ads, hooks, captions, and video scripts for platforms like Meta and TikTok
• Develop and optimize landing pages and product pages aimed at converting cold and warm audiences
• Collaborate with Growth and E-commerce teams on A/B tests, providing hypotheses and analyzing results for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of copywriting experience, specifically with paid social ads for a DTC e-commerce brand
• A portfolio showcasing real ads and at least one effective landing page or product page
• Experience in generating multiple new ad concepts weekly and working with test results
• Strong writing skills with a focus on creating short, compelling headlines and scannable content
• Native-level English proficiency with good judgment on health claims in copywriting
