Performance Copywriter

Job Summary

To support a high-growth startup focused on women's health, the full-time Performance Copywriter will create compelling top-of-funnel copy for paid ads, landing pages, and CRO tests, while working remotely and collaborating with the copy team.

Key responsibilities

• Write and iterate on paid social copy, including static ads, hooks, captions, and video scripts for Meta and TikTok
• Develop landing pages and product pages designed to convert both cold and warm audiences
• Collaborate with Growth and E-commerce teams on A/B tests, providing hypotheses and analyzing results

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a copywriter with a focus on paid social ad copy for a DTC e-commerce brand
• A portfolio showcasing real ads and at least one landing or product page that effectively sells
• Proven ability to generate multiple new ad concepts weekly and work with test results
• Strong writing skills with a focus on creating clear, scannable, and persuasive copy
• Native level of English proficiency and availability for a full-time role
