Performance Copywriter

Job Summary

To support a high-growth startup in women's health, the full-time Performance Copywriter will create compelling paid social ads, landing pages, and conduct CRO tests while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Write and optimize paid social copy including static ads, hooks, captions, and video scripts for platforms like Meta and TikTok
• Develop and iterate landing pages and product pages designed to convert both cold and warm audiences
• Collaborate with Growth and E-commerce teams on A/B tests, providing insights and writing variants based on results

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a copywriter with a focus on paid social ad copy for a DTC e-commerce brand
• A portfolio showcasing real ads and at least one landing or product page that successfully sells a product
• Experience writing high volumes of ad concepts weekly and familiarity with testing methodologies
• Strong writing skills for creating engaging, compliant copy for medical-device and health products
• Native level of English proficiency
