Job Summary
To support a high-growth startup focused on women's health, the full-time Performance Copywriter will create compelling paid social copy, optimize landing pages, and conduct A/B tests, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Write and iterate on paid social copy, including static ads, hooks, captions, and video scripts for platforms like Meta and TikTok
- Develop landing pages and product pages designed to convert cold and warm audiences
- Collaborate with Growth and E-commerce teams on A/B testing, providing hypotheses and analyzing results
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of copywriting experience, particularly with paid social ads for a DTC e-commerce brand
- A portfolio showcasing real ads and at least one successful landing or product page
- Experience generating multiple ad concepts weekly and working with test results
- Strong writing skills with a focus on short, impactful headlines and scannable content
- Native level of English proficiency and a good understanding of health claims compliance
