Performance Copywriter

Job Summary

To support a high-growth startup focused on women's health, the full-time Performance Copywriter will create compelling top-of-funnel copy for paid ads, landing pages, and CRO tests, driving consumer engagement and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Write and iterate on paid social copy, including static ads, hooks, captions, and video scripts for Meta and TikTok
• Develop landing pages and product pages designed to convert cold and warm audiences
• Collaborate with Growth and E-com teams on A/B tests, providing hypotheses and writing variants based on results

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a copywriter with a focus on paid social ad copy for a DTC e-commerce brand
• A portfolio showcasing real ads and at least one landing or product page that effectively sells
• Experience writing multiple new ad concepts weekly and working with test results
• Strong writing skills with a focus on short, specific, and impactful headlines
• Native level of English proficiency and good judgment on health claims
