Performance Copywriter for Women's Health

Job Summary

To support a high-growth startup in women's health, the full-time Performance Copywriter for Women's Health will create engaging top-of-funnel copy for paid ads, landing pages, and CRO tests, while working remotely with a focus on driving consumer engagement and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Write and optimize paid social copy, including static ads, hooks, captions, and video scripts for platforms like Meta and TikTok
• Develop and iterate landing pages and product pages designed to convert cold and warm audiences
• Collaborate with Growth and E-commerce teams on A/B tests, providing hypotheses and writing variants based on results

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a copywriter, specifically with paid social ad copy for a DTC e-commerce brand
• A portfolio showcasing real ads and at least one landing or product page that effectively sells
• Proficiency in writing multiple ad concepts weekly and familiarity with testing results
• Strong command of English with the ability to write persuasive, compliant copy for health products
• Experience in women's health, wellness, or related fields is a plus
