Performance Copywriter Womens Health

Job Summary

To support a growing team focused on women's health, the full-time Performance Copywriter (Women's Health) will create compelling copy for paid ads, landing pages, and CRO tests, driving consumer engagement and conversion in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Write and optimize paid social copy, including static ads, hooks, captions, and video scripts for platforms like Meta and TikTok
• Develop and iterate landing pages and product pages designed to convert cold and warm audiences
• Collaborate with Growth and E-commerce teams on A/B tests, providing insights and writing variants based on performance data

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a copywriter, specifically with paid social ad copy for DTC e-commerce brands
• A portfolio showcasing real ads and at least one successful landing or product page
• Experience in writing high volumes of ad concepts weekly
• Familiarity with health claims and compliance in copywriting for medical-device and health products
• Native-level proficiency in English
