Performance Copywriter (Women's Health)

Job Summary

To support a growing health company, the full-time Performance Copywriter (Women's Health) will create compelling top-of-funnel copy for paid ads and landing pages, driving consumer engagement and conversion in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Write and optimize paid social copy, including static ads, hooks, captions, and video scripts for Meta and TikTok
• Develop and iterate on landing pages and product pages designed to convert cold and warm audiences
• Collaborate with Growth and E-commerce teams on A/B tests, providing insights and writing variants based on results

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a copywriter, with a focus on paid social ad copy for a DTC e-commerce brand
• A portfolio showcasing real ads and at least one landing or product page that successfully sells a product
• Experience writing multiple new ad concepts weekly and familiarity with testing results
• Strong ability to craft persuasive, compliant copy for health-related products
• Native-level English proficiency and availability for a full-time role
