Performance Copywriter (Women's Health)

Job Summary

To support a high-growth startup in women's health, the full-time Performance Copywriter (Women's Health) will create compelling top-of-funnel copy for paid ads and landing pages while conducting constant testing to enhance conversion rates in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Write and iterate on paid social copy, including static ads, hooks, captions, and video scripts for platforms like Meta and TikTok
• Develop and refine landing pages and product pages designed to convert cold and warm audiences
• Collaborate with Growth and E-commerce teams on A/B testing, providing hypotheses and analyzing results

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of copywriting experience, specifically with paid social ad copy for a DTC e-commerce brand
• A portfolio showcasing real ads and at least one effective landing or product page
• Experience in writing multiple ad concepts weekly and familiarity with testing results
• Strong ability to write engaging, compliant copy for medical-device and health products
• Native level of English proficiency
