Performance Copywriter (Women's Health)

Job Summary

To support a high-growth startup in women's health, the full-time Performance Copywriter (Women's Health) will create compelling paid social copy, develop landing pages that convert, and conduct A/B tests to optimize marketing efforts in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Write paid social copy weekly, including static ads, hooks, captions, and video scripts for Meta and TikTok
• Develop and iterate landing pages and product pages designed to drive sales for various audience segments
• Collaborate with Growth and E-commerce teams on A/B testing, providing hypotheses and analyzing results

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a copywriter with a focus on paid social ads for DTC e-commerce brands
• A portfolio showcasing real ads and at least one effective landing or product page
• Proficiency in writing multiple ad concepts weekly, demonstrating a strong understanding of conversion-driven copy
• Experience with testing and optimizing copy based on performance metrics
• Native-level English proficiency with a strong grasp of compliance in health-related claims
