Performance Copywriter (Women's Health)

Job Summary

To support a high-growth startup focused on women's health, the full-time Performance Copywriter (Women's Health) will create top-of-funnel copy for paid ads, landing pages, and CRO tests, utilizing sharp writing and constant testing to effectively move target consumers through the funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Write weekly paid social copy including static ads, hooks, captions, and video scripts for Meta and TikTok
• Develop and iterate landing pages and product pages designed to convert cold and warm audiences
• Collaborate with Growth and E-commerce teams on A/B tests, providing hypotheses and learning from results

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a copywriter, specifically with paid social ad copy for a DTC e-commerce brand
• A portfolio showcasing real ads and at least one landing or product page that effectively sells a product
• Proven ability to produce multiple new ad concepts weekly
• Experience working with test results and understanding what changes lead to successful outcomes
• Native level of English proficiency with strong writing skills focused on compliance for health products
